ELEKTRO KAGURA is a multimedia performance artist collective that combines intercultural themes, texts, music, dance, and visual art with digital media on stage.
Drawing from traditional forms, ELEKTRO KAGURA creates a mix of tradition and contemporary art that dissolves boundaries and distills essences through an intuitive process.

KANDELABRA by the collective theatrum litfaßsäule is a cross-spatial performance centred around the death of the semi-fictional Berlin club owner ‘The Sun of Mexico’. Based on true events, KANDELABRA shows ways of dealing with the dead that seem unconventional for our society. But what is an appropriate way of dealing with the deceased? And how can this be practised collectively and communally in an urban context? To answer these questions, KANDELABRA presents various intercultural concepts and legal options.
